Our Founder

Nik is a consultant, loyalty outsourcing leader and strategic advisor who specializes in designing, transforming and managing loyalty programs as digital and business assets across various sectors. He has detailed understanding of the inner workings of loyalty programs and unrivalled hands-on experience on what it takes to monetize them most effectively.

Experience

Loyalty program design and build projects for the likes of SovicoGroup (VietJet, HD Bank, HD Insurance, HD Saison) and Viva Aerobus Mexico.
Successfully pitched for investment to build a next-generation airline-led lifestyle loyalty program for Cebu Pacific, an LCC and the largest airline in Philippines.
Former SVP Asia Pacific at Carlson Marketing Group and MIMIA responsibilities for the SEA regional business, expansion in Japan and India providing loyalty marketing and consulting services and outsourcing for loyalty programs.

Nik has developed his professional network by living and working in several countries suck as the UK, Australia, Singapore the USA, Vietnam and the Philippines.
